To Ensure The Founder Factory Facilities Are Properly Used And Enjoyed, All Members And Guests Must Adhere To Our Codes Of Conduct Listed Below.

Your Application
Welcome to The Founder Factory. By completing and submitting your application you are agreeing to adhere to our house rules. Our membership panel meet on a weekly basis to decide on new admissions when there’s space available. The membership panel has full autonomy and discretion over who can become a member of The Founder Factory.
Your Membership Fee
Once your application is approved/ renewed, you will be given five days to pay for your annual subscription. Failure to pay your fee within this timeline will result in the termination of your membership. This decision cannot be appealed.
Your Membership Renewal
Your Founder Factory membership will be active for one year. These memberships can be renewed on a yearly basis. Every membership renewal application is manually reviewed by our membership panel. All decisions are final and rejections cannot be appealed.
Your Personal Information
Any personal information that you provide will be linked with your membership.
All of this is in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cancelling Your Membership
If you choose to cancel your membership it will take place with immediate effect. All membership refunds are at the discretion of The Founder Factory.
Our Content Creation Rules
Working at The Founder Factory empowers you to create killer content for your brand.
However, there is no third-party filming allowed at The Founder Factory. This means we don’t allow any other brand to film under your membership.

What Content Can You Create
You’ll be able to create anything your heart desires. One thing though, The Founder Factory is not suitable for the production of paywall content.

CCTV
At The Founder Factory, our primary concern is to cultivate a secure atmosphere where everybody feels safe. There are CCTV cameras installed so that all members to ensure a safe workspace environment.
Our Guest Rules
The Founder Factory allows members to bring guests along to: · Assist with filming. · Take part in activities. · Provide moral support However, there is a maximum of four guests allowed at any one time. This doesn’t include those involved in creating your content. Guests are not allowed to record any content themselves in the premise under your membership. Come on in and have fun, but be respectful of the space (and don’t eat all the snacks! 😄)
Liability Of The Founder Factory
All items brought into The Founder Factory are brought and left entirely at the risk of a member, or his or her guests. The Founder Factory, its servants and/or agents shall not be liable to any member or guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them or their property howsoever caused, save in respect of death or personal injury to a member or guest to the extent caused by the negligence of The Founder Factory, its servants and/or agents. This is not intended to affect any mandatory rights a member or guest may have under local law that we cannot legally restrict or exclude.
